Makeup+Photo+Freebie= Layout!

I just wanted to share some layouts I made with different designer mini kits. The photos I used were from a few photoshoots I worked on as a makeup artist. Enjoy!

The first layout was made with Bren Boone's "A Shabby Moment" blog train freebie. I adore the camera element and thought this kit was perfect to tell the story behind the photo.

The photo used is property of Renay Johnson photography. Renay contacted me to do makeup for a charity event she was involved in. Help-Portrait, a team of photographers in different areas of the world, teamed up with Solutions for Change, a facility dedicated to changing the lives of homeless families, to give these families a memory of a lifetime. Each family was able to get dressed up and get their picture taken which was then printed out to keep forever and share with other members of their family. I had such a blast doing makeup for the event and hearing the amazing stories of each woman.

If you're a photographer I highly suggest searching for Help-Portrait events in your area. Its a great way to gain exposure while making a difference in peoples lives.

The second layout was created using Shabby Princess's "Plentiful" freebie. The photograph is property of Eric DosSantos. He is an amazing photographer, so if you're in the San Diego area and need some pictures taken I highly recommend him! The beautiful model is Chandelle Moline. She's a peach to work with and photographs wonderfully!

The third layout was made with Chelly Oliviera's "Hello Spring" freebie. I absolutely love this mini kit; the papers are fabulous! The fourth layout was created from Jen C Designs with her mini kit "Butterfly Bliss". Her butterfly elements are SO cute! The fabulous clothespin frames are not included in the kit. They are from Ange Designs. Make sure to check out her site; she has a lot of amazing products!

The photographs used are property of Larry Leedom. He took some amazing photos of my model at Oceanside beach and is such a sweet photographer to work with. I loved that he was just as focused on shooting behind-the-scenes shots as he was with the actual photoshoot.
